Alarming Mornings to A Balanced Life


Our Body is a Unique Construction . The five Elements in isolation do not go along with each other . These 5 elements have various characteristics. look what happens when air combined with water at great speed- tsunami ! I am trying to make a symbolic representation of Physical & spiritual nature.No religious Principles involved here! The whole ayurveda science works on the Principles of Imbalance of the five elements in the Body & the treatment .Whatever food you take would not be digested without the presence of water & fire inside.Life starts with the intake of BREATH.The First Element to Leave as The Last Sigh is the Air- What happens to the Body after that everyone knows.Pranayam is Management of Air element of The Body.Similar Practices by Yogis helped them to retain body for longer periods by balancing various elements.It is essential to regulate your life by managing the time you have into personal, spiritual and officeor business life.The priority of the balance in three is never equal and keeps on changing as you grow.My advice is to keep it in the order of Personal , Spiritual and Work.For managing your personal life only leads to physical health which in turn leads to a better spiritual life.An unhealthy person can not withstand the discipline of spiritual life.The key to success to allthree rings with the alarm clock since all the three have their dedicated allocated hours.As Benjamin Franklin said "You will find the key to success under the alarm clock.” 
Time management and meeting the deadlines brings the success alive. It is wise to divide big tasks and targets into smaller ones and then sticking to the plan of meeting the daily goals. Never be in awe of the big size of the targets. As you progress daily , the gap is reduced and you can not hurry the progress as each journey of each task begins with the first little success. It is good to begin the day early by pressing on the morning alarm button. After college studies , I set the morning alarm only when I have to travel to catch the scheduled mode of travel. A point of time came in my life , when I set the morning alarm regularly for many months in continuity as I began to prepare for The Travel Within .It is beyond doubt that the dawn is the most appropriate time for beginners who want to make inroads into travelling within by meditation. I used the morning alarm to get up in the ambrosial hours of the morning before sunrise for months altogether then the body clock adjusted to the timings and sleep pattern settled down into the routine. God is so generous and accommodating if you have set an appointment to meet Him ,He is graceful to hold the hand of your body clock to make you get up at the appointed hours. I always looked forward to those early wake up calls which helped the Awakenings .Imitate nature so that you can find your true nature.Time is a dressmaker specializing in alterations.Soul has come for a ramp walk on the earth under the glares of the Supreme Soul.





Nature evolves constantly and changes every moment .Nature does constant value stream mapping.We are no different from Nature.
But we do not even attempt Value Stream Mapping even randomly.
Value stream mapping is a lean-management method for analyzing the current state and designing a future state for the series of events that take a product or service from its beginning through to the customer.Our mind is The Master Salesman selling us This world and we are hooked to the Mind.
Our Mind is responsible for Misplaced Value Stream Mapping. He has designed the Mind in such a way.It makes us always looking for some clue, motive and always act with aim , pattern or reason the mind offers.Mind can never evolve itself but in one way , it can do a great service in human evolution by making it act as a slave of senses instead of it being a master.Once reined in mind does constant value stream mapping for the soul and evolution of human is evolution of mind only by changing the direction on His Path without changing its inherent nature.Keep your goals of personal , spiritual and work in mind and like a Good Captain adjust the sails without losing sight of the destination while living your day to day life.Remember that you can not sail in two directions at the same time.You may sail against the storms but does not let adversity harm your confidence.You have to keep the mast of morale flying high in the winds of adversity and propel the boat of life in the direction you want with grit, determination and persistence in the journey of life.
