Many people in this stage of life reflect on their accomplishments, relationships, and life choices, which can lead to a greater sense of introspection and self-awareness. Writing your reminiscences or a daily diary can work wonders.
Begin today! Keeping your mind preoccupied with tasks or games prevents such problems. Chess, Puzzles, Soduku and reading books - learning a new language, ludo, bridge, solitaire or having your cricket team on Dream 11 are some of all the activities you can engage in from the comforts of your home.

Change happens First in the mind. The transition after leading a particular way of life is not easy and let it happen gradually. Nature (may be read as Corona) has already sent into motion particular lifestyle changes that we should have adopted much earlier in life, but distracted priorities always become the roadblocks to change. For me, the transition from a structured work life to a more relaxed pace gives me more time for what I always wanted to do in life.
