Experience -What Happened ?

Today I have chosen one of the favorite quotes of one of my favorite author.There can not be more apt definition of experience.Let me try to elaborate it from my Experience.All of you those who are in service must have to fill up your Self Appraisal every year & it takes you into an introspective mood at the time of self appraisals.It must bring in the memories of ifs and buts along as the 12 months trailer of highlights passes through your Mind's Lens.Even if I wish I can not deviate from the spiritual angle for a change and consider it from other than any angle than Karma.There can be no experience without action and there can be no action without knowledge.Knowledge partly is inherited by genes and then acquired by learning, working and observing others.And then all of it has to be put into action to acquire the so called Experience.On second thoughts , the spiritual angle can never be separated from Karma, the Work & therefore Experience.

Every job or business has its own sweet perks and sour pitfalls.Bank job has security of position in society, a decent salary package & lot of concessions.Along with it comes the fear of being displaced from your comfort zones , not getting the due recognition & not getting the long deserving promotion.And not to talk of the whole process of Banks being consolidated- that is too current a topic to be clubbed with experience and I would take it up later. Like service in Banks each job and business has its own package of such perks and pitfalls - only the scenario and the degrees of sourness and sweetness changes.

All these are the parts of “What Happens to You" and everyone handles the situation according to his intelligence and more so due to little explosions of reactions by Mind-bomb. Unfortunately,these actions, reactions or proactive responses are culprits or saviours fully responsible for your Experience and the same set of yours truly open the new vistas , put the hinges on windows to let in the fresh air of opportunities and shut the door at your face when you cannot shut your mouth off.

"What you do" with to combat with all the Retardants which do not Let you get the Experience!

All the deterrents make you feel like giving up on the targets which seem unachievable & unconceivable from the very beginning.

So many of you have not begin yet at all to do something about the targets by the Bosses , Management or of your own venture or company because you are trying to get a feel of the targets or feeling yourself as targets.

You have to ask yourself the pertinent question that what you are doing for the Organization if you may be  the sole proprietor of it.

The Pyramid at the Top envisages the macro picture keeping in view the demand, the corporate goals & the market forces controlled by the economic conditions, the Govt. guidelines & the technical up gradation of our infrastructure.

Those who are at the middle or lower level (Read as Perpetual Foundation) has to do All The action because of "what Happens to all of us".

So self appraisal is a windfall of an opportunity for all of us to see How much we can Rise to the Sky-high Targets.

Let us fasten our seat belts & take off on the Runway of each of the Karma Port.

The flight has just begin, let us test how much Fuel we have Got in ourselves to Take It to the Desired Goals.

It is a Multi-piloted flight & each one has to Use All the Experience available at our hands.Work as a Team always My Friend. Since , too many hands always lighten the Workload and many minds can synergise together so as not to spoil the show.

United you must have crossed so many hurdles;

United you must have climbed so many Target Peaks;

United you must have taken so many "U" Turns from the jaws of extinction and the points of No Comebacks;

United you must excel in the Challenges before all of you !!!

Experience & everything happens in the "Now!”

No Red Lights of 'If ' & "But”!

No Yellow Light of Get Ready!!

Now, Start there is No Time to Wait !!!

Experience the Action Now to know and introspect What Happened ?

You are privileged to hold the centre stage in your battle there in Karma Field ! No one but you out there has to wage a battle against your Mind ! Put the darkness of past experience behind and Grab The Limelights of Action in Now -

All the Experience waits out there behind the veils of action !
